| Sean Browne Chief Executive Officer Browne is the former President of Miltex Surgical Instruments, a division of Integra LifeSciences of Plainsboro, NJ, a leading provider of surgical instruments to the alternate site marketplace. Prior to joining Miltex, Browne served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and was the first non-founder senior manager at Esurg Corporation, a provider of medical supplies, pharmaceutical supplies and office supplies for physicians' offices. Prior to Esurg, Mr. Browne served as the Sr. Vice President of the Health Systems division of McKesson Healthcare's Pharmaceutical division. Prior to McKesson, Browne served nine years with Baxter Healthcare in a number of capacities. Browne received his Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University, majoring in Finance. In 1996, he received his Masters of Management from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management with a concentration in Strategy and Marketing. |

| David O. Turner Chief Operating Officer Dave Turner is a senior executive with extensive experience in high-tech electronics and medical device manufacturing. In his 25 years at Texas Instruments, Turner held management positions in the areas of defense electronics, missiles, electro-optics, radar, and consumer electronics. At Quest Medical (now Advanced Neuromodulation Systems, Inc.), Turner was Chief Operating Officer for four years, where he led the development and launch of their Cardioplegia Delivery System and Neurostimulation product lines - both successful medical devices. Turner is experienced in bringing advanced technology to market and has international experience in Europe and the Far East. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. |

| Paul Magee VP, Clinical Affairs Paul Magee qualified as a Sports Therapist in 1997 and gained valuable clinical experience with the NHS working in a Physiotherapy department promoting the physical activity and wellbeing of adults with learning disabilities, organizing and implementing hydrotherapy, rebound therapy and exercise sessions for the hospital residents. He then set up his own Sports Therapy clinic dealing with sports and work related injuries using manual and exercise therapy, biomechanical analysis and InterX technology to offer a fast and effective solution for musculoskeletal problems. His experience of the InterX prompted him to leave his clinic and devote all his time to studying and teaching the benefits of the technology as a clinical specialist for NRG. Paul now manages all the clinical research and training aspects of InterX while also contributing his electrotherapy expertise to the development of new InterX products. |

| Sarah MaGee Vice President International Sales and Marketing Sarah Magee has had 19 years of experience in sales and marketing. She spent 13 years with the Spicer haart Property Group, joining the board of directors in 2000. As Operations Director, she was responsible for the Property Management division across 275 offices. In 2003 she formed Ascent Consultancy Limited to provide business and management services to companies included in, but not limited to, the property and financial services industry. This expansion led to the medical industry and a successful relationship with The Orthotic Group (TOG), where she advised and directed their National Sales and Marketing activities in the UK and Ireland. Since joining NRG in 2005, she has been involved in a number of different areas of the business before becoming Director of Marketing in 2006. In 2008 she took on the role of VP of International Sales and Marketing supporting and managing NRG's global distribution network. |

| Charlie Payne Vice President, Product Development and Manufacturing
While at Bell Laboratories, Mr. Payne acquired extensive knowledge in the mechanical design of power equipment and power wire/cable products. He was recognized as a Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff. His experience includes process, product and sustaining engineering in support of manufacturing operations. Mr. Payne has developed numerous contract manufacturers and has experience with both domestic and international manufacturing operations. Mr. Payne has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Masters of Science degree from Texas Tech in Industrial Engineering. |
| Karla L. Roberts Controller
At Medical City Dallas, Sun Crest Hospital, and San Juan Regional Medical Center Karla was the financial controller responsible for financial reporting, cost analysis, purchasing oversight, control and audit compliance. She also was responsible for maintaining the accounting software, payroll functions and human resources. At VAResources Karla was responsible for all financial reporting and directed the business processes of the equipment finance leasing company. She also had oversight for all payroll and human resource functions. While at VAResources, Karla installed the accounting software, crafted the accounting procedures and trained the staff. Karla is skilled in the specialized fields of financial reporting, accounting and manufacturing software. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and extensive training in employee benefits administration and human resources. |
| Zulia Frost, MD Co-Founder/Advisor Zulia Frost, M.D. graduated as a Doctor of General Medicine and Pediatrics from the State Medical Institute, Almaty, Kazakhstan. Following her internship at a children's hospital, Frost worked in a specialist Emergency Aid hospital before completing post-graduate training in ultrasonic diagnostics and radiology. After practicing medicine for 10 years, Frost relocated to the UK. In 1999, whilst living in the UK, she discovered a new type of neurostimulation technology that was developed in Russia and later became known as Interactive Neurostimulation technology. Impressed by the results she achieved with patients, Frost began researching this advanced technology and has since become recognized as the leading clinician and trainer. Frost's pioneering work in the field of Interactive Neurostimulation therapy led to her joining the team at NRG to realize the vision of this advanced technology becoming a standard of care in medicine throughout the world. |

| Thomas C. Thompson Retired founder, President and CEO Tommy Thompson is a successful and recognized leader in the medical device industry. His 30 years as a President and CEO has included 5 years as a Division President for Baxter Healthcare, and 18 years with Quest Medical (now Advanced Neuromodulation Systems, Inc.) of which he was a founder. Thompson brings to NRG a wealth of experience that has included private funding, strategic alliances and three public offerings. Thompson has co-founded two companies that manufactured products for intravenous drug delivery, cardiovascular surgery, and implantable neurostimulation. In the US, Thompson was co-founder and founding chairman of the Medical Device Manufacturing Association, which played a key role in the legislative reform of the FDA in 1997 and the reform of Group Purchasing Organization practices in 2002. With his roots in electronic engineering, Thompson has also been responsible for major development programs in microprocessor-based instrumentation and sterile, disposable medical devices. Thompson received his B.S.E.E. from the University of Texas. |
