DETAIL - 19 subjects (15 male / 4 female ) with knee joint injuries to bone, cartilage, tendon or ligament were treated with the InterX. Each subject had an unresolved knee injury of between 3 - 36 months old, preventing participation in their chosen sport. Throughout their course of InterX therapy all subjects continued with their ongoing rehabilitation program but avoided all other forms of electrotherapy. Overall, a pain reduction of greater than 2 points on the pain scale occurred in 100% of subjects with a return to full sport participation for 89% of subjects.
Conclusion - InterX Therapy seems capable of resolving long-term knee injuries that have not responded to current treatment programs.
Substantial evidence supports that this result is typical. These early findings support ongoing research and further studies
with larger populations.
Direct costs as submitted to NRG via a budget document for staffing, testing, treatment and subject compensation are acceptable expenses and will be paid as well as other mutually agreed upon expenses. As a start-up company it is our policy to pay indirect costs up to a maximum rate of 30% or less.
